Erik Thrane leads our Wella Signature Artist Team and is based at the Los Angeles Wella Studio. With 17+ years of experience in the industry, twelve of which in education, Erik is inspired by collaborating and sharing his knowledge with stylists of all levels. He specializes in custom color placement and focusing on meaningful consultation to deliver bespoke looks and currently oversees Color Education for the Wella Studio in Los Angeles. He has a passion for science and chemistry that goes into coloring hair and products. As well as guiding fellow stylists on how to maximize their technical and business potential through pricing and service development is his main focus as an educator. Erik's educational contributions granted him the global recognition of Trainer of the year in 2021
