A fresh face in AC Crew Education, Victor has been cutting hair since his early teens in his parent’s garage. Not yet able to drive, he yearned for a cut like his treasured barber on the outskirts of town vs. getting a quick (disappointing) mall haircut. Victor credits AC education for teaching the principals or the “why” behind the techniques and not just the kinesthetics. Armed with this knowledge, Victor is committed to knowledge-sharing his methodology and providing barbers with the tools they need for success. His goal is to marry the skills for hair cutting with business acumen, professionalism, and keys to retention that many barbershops struggle with.
